Servicio al Cliente de T-Mobile
Seriously, the most unhelpful people I've ever spoken with. Apparently the Retention department is only outgoing, which basically means they have none. More than happy to tell me how to cancel, and absolutely no interest in keeping me as a customer. Time to start shopping for my six lines elsewhere and give a different company my money every month, cause T-Mobile sure doesn't seem to want it...

Sadly, this is true. T-Mobile has its key demographic and, it is the generic masses.
They aren't interested in those that do not fit their model, and as a commodity, 'dumb pipe' methodology, they're more interested in the 'savings' by mass bundling or low cost / less bureaucratic (tax/fees). TBH, in bulk, it does work for many, and for many others … they'll have to find another carrier.
