t mobile internet not working no speed

Last few weeks been having to restart gateway with sometimes having no luck at getting speed back up.  Been told it's towers. I know others having problems on different towers.  I was told it's because they keep adding new customers and taking away from current ones it's ridiculous for the price. When is t mobile going to fix this issue.   Calling tech support does nothing to solve the problem.   It worked for around 1year now this.
