Tmoble Home Internet Download 550mbs Upload pitiful 8mbs

I suspect that this is mostly due to n41 having weak signal (sinr/rsrp).  The site that I typically connect to has mostly 500/40, but that's because of 2 things

1. Tower itself is capped on download to around 700mbps, but capacity of spectrum is good.for closer to 2gbps.  Signal is "very good".  Better signal gives me minimal download improvement,  but upload can / does hit +75Mbps
2. I suspect that signal on n41 is "good" only.  N41 transmission for upload will (does) drop much more than download because of signal sent from device is much weaker than that.from a tower, and n41 typically limits to 5MHz of 100MHz
