ordering offline phones
When you order a phone offline…. How do you activate it? To have it turned on? Do you need to go to a T-Mobile store? Also if I'm doing it as an upgrade does it give me an option to pay the phone monthly?
The sim is what's activated. If you have a current you just switch it out unless it's a 5G phone with an older sim.
As for the EIP you get the option in the check out if you qualify.
