TMobile scam to give free device

Be careful with very unethical practice by Tmobile to give you free device and they will tell you it is free and will start charging you a service fee. Anyone have the same issues? When I was at the stores they did this to several customers. I should know better. I've been with Tmobile for a long time, after this bad experience, I can't trust Tmobile anymore. Maybe time to switch to a different company or find customers with similar issues and ask a lawyer to sue this company. It is not about the monthly fee, but it is about big corporation just get a way with unethical business practice by scamming customer.

I found out that their customer service call center isn't very helpful but if you go back into the store where they promised you the promotion they can have a supervisor escalate the promo request.  I am still waiting to see how it goes from there.

    Its ai customer service robots

Had two older iphones paid off. Walked in to see about their iPhone 15 promotion last year. Was told if you upgrade your plan you get credit for your old phones, the iPhone 15's would be free with the 5g plan upgrade, and my new monthly bill would go from $117 to $130 after the credits expired and would not go up after that. I'm now being charged over $1k for two phones, my monthly bill is almost $160. I pay almost $70 a month for the 2 phones they told me were free. Contacted t-mobile directly to see if they could help…they couldn't. Looking at these past reviews I see I'm not the only one who got scammed.

I went to the T-Mobile on Roosevelt in Corona. I bought an iphone 13 and then they told me "hey you want a free apple watch" and i said "oh fr it's free?" and they insisted it was. So i said sweet free apple watch I love t-mobile. They gave it to me and I sold it to my cousin for 50 bucks. Now im being charged 350 dollars for an apple watch i don't even have. I tried to cancel it saying I was given it for free, I guess I just got scammed and can't go back. Careful t-mobile some scammers
