Amazon Fire Television
I ordered T-Mobile internet service, and was supposed to get an Amazon Fire TV. Not sure where to check the status?

Currently on the phone for 45 minutes. This is my 2nd call. I was denied. FOR NO REASON. I am going to speak with an attorney about starting a class action. It's a television for ____sake. If someone would like to contact me, my email address is jacen81@gmail.com. It is unbelievable that I would need to peck and scratch for a redeem code that should have been sent to me 2 weeks ago. If I have to I will spend the next 3 years of my life fighting this, I will... JUST FOR PRINCIPAL!! No one should have to jump through hoops for the redemption code after the 60 days of validation.
Even though they have acknowledged that it was a mistake and I am eligible, they clearly told that they cannot give FireTV code.

Customer Service is less than tolerable. I've waited for call-backs...never happened. I've called back to talk to representatives, then transferred to management, then hung up on (which may have been accidental, but I doubt that), then called back only to start the entire process all over again. As a 21 year customer of Sprint/T-Mobile...I don't feel valued or appreciated for my loyalty. I've never taken part in a redemption scam from T-Mobile, but I won't allow it to influence my purchases again.

I have just filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/
I ENCOURAGE YOU ALL TO FILE A COMPLAINT AS WELL. ONE COMPLAINT WILL NOT TRIGGER AN INVESTIGATION, BUT SEVERAL...WILL DEFINITELY RAISE A FEW EYEBROWS. There is power in numbers.
Done! I’m fed up with being scammed like this

- do you have anything that shows the promotion youre talking about?

No; I have not Jovina. I talked to 5 people Amin customer service and got the RUN AROUND this took no less than a hour each time.
Last week- I called the manager of the store who walked me through the promotion process in store step by step. I am waiting for his reply.

IF things went correctly and yall did this around the time frame they had then you had 30 days to redeem but you also have 60 days to usage before validation...then another week+ish for order fulfillment. which would put yall around now ish when im guessing they kick yall out a code that you go to the Amazon link provided to fire in said code..
might want to check yalls spam folders just in case you did receive the code and you didnt see it if it thought it was spam.
i would give it another week ish then contact TMO promotions again.
Oferta por tiempo limitado; sujeta a cambio. Activa una nueva línea de Internet residencial elegible entre 11/24/23 y 11/29/23. Register for redemption code with T-Mobile ID within 30 days of activating; requires 60 days service before validation; allow 1 week from fulfillment of offer requirements to receive code. Si se cancelaron líneas en los últimos 90 días, es posible que deban reactivarse primero. Máximo de 1 por cuenta. Canjear el código en Amazon.com; se aplican los términos de Amazon. Es posible que no se pueda combinar con otras ofertas.

Thanks for all of the replies. Hopefully "Fireguy..." is correct and we'll all see the emails with the codes to get our free FireTV.

HI all, did anyone get their promotional item for signing up for T-Mobile?
Not yet, but T-Mobile seems to be famous for backing out of their promises.
I have called T-Mobile three times and they have "assured" me that i will be notified 10 weeks after the signup.
The supposed check on line does absolutly NOTHING but tell you to fulfill the requirements but says nothing about what needs to be done. What clowns!

Yeah, me too.
The check in on line is less than worthless. Don't bother.
Call, and call again with your promo code, and the two ID numbers. Make them add that to your account remarks and demand a text summary of the call.
Its been the ten weeks they promised before a notification from Amazon.

I'm on the phone with them now. It's been 34 minutes and counting.
