Getting a connection to server timed out code net error on ps5

It's not for all games but for some like apex legends, the games unplayable, keep getting the error.  I tried everything until I turned on my phones Hotspot and worked like a charm.  So it's most certainly due to tmobile home internet.  Hotspot is too slow and not enough data to use in place of wifi.  Anyone else have this issue and a fix?
