Security cameras not connecting to T Mobile Internet?
I switched to T-Mobile Internet last week and got a Gateway that says it's by Arcadyan. WiFi works great on phone and computers, but when trying to set up the home security cameras, it won't connect. I have both Blink and Panasonic cameras and have tried both on the 5G and the 2.4 and neither network is working. Also reset and restarted everything multiple times. What else could I try??

WORKING: This morning the T-Mobile App was not letting me access the additional 2.4 Wi-Fi Networks I set up. The 2,4 Wi-Fi Networks were there yesterday, although none of my gadgets that required the 2,4 would connect. I called T-Mobile. T Life App is the new App for your phone to access the T-Mobile Gateway to access and make changes to the Wi-Fi. (like a Router). The T-Mobile Customer service had me delete the old App, as I had both on my phone, reset the T-Mobile Gateway to factory settings, and re-set up a 2.4 Wi-Fi and that worked. I believe there may have been changes that they made as of yesterday, due to the fact that I am not the only person who had this issue with T-Mobile, etc.

Thank you, still does not work for me either. I have tried all combinations, also was on the phone with Blink for hours yesterday.

Still no luck. Even deleted the app and reinstalled. Resets...

Blink: My sync modules work properly with the default network configuration (2.4 & 5 GHz auto; WPA2/WPA3; AES). If you no longer have that configuration, make another SSID with the T LIfe app. You will probably need to reset the sync module, following the directions in the Blink app.

Have you had any luck? I have not, just noticed I was not connected two days ago. I have your exact same issue. Worked fine, then I noticed it was not connected, 2.4 WPA does not work.

Any updates? Today I spent hours on the phone with Blink Security, they are sending me a new camera, but per above it won't work. This does not work for me: using 2.4, WPA/WPA 2 network, Mine was also working fine, then I noticed it was not connected

Same issues. Tried everything mentioned. 2.4, WPA, create new network, etc. It says the password is not incorrect, but in fact it is, and that is where all progress halts. Any solid suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have spoken with 2 T-Mobile techs, at length, over the course of 4 days. They are helpful but I am still unable to get this 1 Blink camera and synch module back online. It was working previously and we dropped "cable". I have the same Gateway setup at home and it works fine.

I had the same trouble trying to hook up devices when I first got it… Figured it out and I’m pretty happy with it… Couldn’t connect lPIXMA printer, or my Dyson air purifier… Then I figured out how to do it… I think the problem is with a 2.4 /5ghz and the WPA3 security seatings ..You need to go into the settings of the gateway, put to 2.4 ghz only , then put it to WPA/wpa2 at the easiest security( the first one ) ,… Try hooking everything up… when I did that everything hooked up… after it connected Then I switched it back to the more secure settings..auto 2.4/5ghz and WPA3 and everything stayed connected and it has worked great since .. no guarantees but you can maybe try that
Thank you for your helpful information, worked perfectly.
I concur, this worked for me as well.
