If I have a problem with my Gateway and Internet service how fast can I expect it to be resolved. I work from home so I can't be without Internet for long. Gracias,
@Daniel Boone generally, TM will respond to customer service phone calls within 15-30 minutes, or you can post a message/question here.
Live in Boston and service has been out or weak for 18 hours. Called service 12 hours ago , twice and they said they are working on it. With internet & phone with t mobile I have no connection to the outside world. Thinking of getting different service for one of them that way at least I'll be able to connect with someone.
