T-Mobile router not broadcasting wifi

My T-Mobile modem/router is receiving cell signal (LTE light is green) but not broadcasting wifi (wifi light is red). I've used the reset button, the on/off button, pulled the power cable, each several times over the past 6.5 hours or so. I've never seen this before (often have seen the LTE go out, but never the wifi). I've had the device over a year.
