@Ostremike, just to confirm youdon't see the + Add new Network under the My networks screen? Did you add a different network SSID or band for each of your 12 devices? You should be able to add a few SSIDs for computers, IoT devices like lights and thermostats, and a 2.4Ghz SSID for devices like printers, with weaker security protocol. I only have two SSIDs, one for 5Ghz and one for 2.4Ghz.
