WIFI KEEPS GOING DOWN AND TELLS ME EACH PASSWORD I USE IS INCORRECT.
How do you reset this useless wifi box? It's gone down twice last night and twice today. When I try to log in with my passwords to connect the box, it keeps telling me the login password is incorrect and I've used both on the back of the box as well as the one I setup and still nothing. At least with the old round box it used to give you an option to restart the wifi.

@Engineerff13, the following is a T-Mobile link to reset your Arcadyan gateway. The Sagemcom gateway is similar.
Do you have a wifi router connected to your T-Mobile gateway? If that's the case, the wifi router could be the issue. In my experience, these devices either work or they don't. If you reset it and use the Placement locator app inside the T-Mobile Internet app, make sure the gateway is is in the most ideal location; top of a bookshelf and/or near a window with a clear line of sight of your cell tower.
