Disconnected while abroad

I tried to chat with customer service to request cancellation of my service at the end of the current cycle, on 16 December. They instead tried to sell me a new subscription which I declined. They went ahead an cancelled my service immediately, and now I can't access certain services, including my multi-factor authentification. My mobile app has also been disconnected, and i have no means of asking them to correct this mistake.

    Have you tried trying to reach out to the T-Force Team by sending a DM to T-Mobile on Twitter or Facebook?
