How I TAKE OFF the E SIM card? (i'm back to Argentina)
Hello, I take a prepaid service of 20 usd, I'm not sure, to take a USA number to talk w my friends meanwhile I was visiting Miami, Brickell. NOW I turned back to my country (Argentina) and I can't use my Physical real sim card of my contry company (called "claro") . Since March that I do not pay and the service still there, I can't even make calls because obviously I'm on Argentina. I have motorola g60s
Did you buy the Motorola device in the USA? If so, you will need to meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements for both your device and prepaid account, which also includes network usage on T-Mobile USA towers.
