5g internet and Ooma telephone

have had mine since 10-1-24. Has never worked. Contacted tech support and they are not really tech people. Kept putting me on hold to ask someone and still got no help. Cancelled service and they expect me to ship back their equipment in 30 days at Christmas time or they will charge me! Not happy with T-Mobile for recommending such unprofessional people. I would not want them associated with my business. Do not use this service. T-Mobile quit recommending them!
