I cant pay a bill without and invoice, I can print an invoice casue it wont load.

Are invoices available for non-Business users? I need an invoice every month to expense my payment. I used to take a screenshot of the payment history, but now it doesn't even show the amount. My colleague was originally a Sprint customer, and he gets monthly invoices emailed to him.
