PAGO AUTOMÁTICO

I set up for auto pay and it said I'd get a $5 per month discount. My monthly internet bill is still $50 per month and it says that includes the discount, which it does not. My monthly bill should be $45 per month now. I've always paid $50 so it is not showing the discount.
