How do I discontinue service if no one calls back?

Thanks for the response; I've called TMobile's "help" line 3 times and talked to 3 different people who claim some one will call me back, but no one ever does. I think at long last I'm going to send a note to TMobile's Customer Relations Dept. in Albuquerque along with a death certificate, his DOB and DOD, the acct. #, the mobile # and his S.S. Then I'm deleting my credit card # from the account. Then I'm going to say to Hell with TMobile.
