How soon can I sign up for 55+

I will be 55 in 2 weeks. I was looking at it today and was wondering if T-Mobile allows us to sign up for 55+ early or if we have to wait until the day we turn 55? Do they offer any small grace period if you verify that you are turning 55 when you say you are?
