T-Mobile Internet - $200 Pre-Paid Mastercard - STILL WAITING
I switched to T-Mobile Internet over 3 months ago. The $200 Pre-paid Mastercard within 10 weeks was an incentive that led to me making this choice. It has been 12 weeks and I have not heard a thing. Has anyone had a similar experience? I am preparing to switch back to my previous provider if this is how they treat customers.

I'm waiting also I stayed on the phone with customer service which we was texting for over 2 hours I still didn't get my 200$ it was offered to me we I became a customer I switch phone carrier and I got home Internet... I still have no answer or no 200$ so someone like to scam us just to get us to switch! I'm almost to the point just to go back to the carrier I used with no scamming and no lies!!! I'm very disappointed

Yea I have been going thru same issue every time I talk to customer service I get a different answer one person said it's approved should receive by end of week that was last week so I contacted them again and now was told it's still pending I told them it's like they say this just to get you switch service then they delay it or say have to complete other action and I did the submission thing the second day of service still have received anything it's crazy they do this just to get customers.

Doesn't help when you file against them through bbb either. I received a call and couldn't hear anyone on the other end so tried calling back through the email they spent and it didn't even ring. Just went straight to a voicemail and they don't answer emails either.

I signed up September 25 2024 and entered for my $200 visa card September 27 2024 and I have not received any form of communication or answers as to why I have not received it or heard anything about receiving it yet. This is frustrating because you put your trust in a company that offers you a deal for signing up for their service and then they ruin that trust by not honoring their offer. I switched because my last provider was dishonest and over charging me every month and I was putting my trust in T-Mobile believing that they would not be dishonest or betray my trust and it looks like they are just as dishonest as my last provider. Is there such thing as an honest Internet provider these days? I'm beginning to think not. Very disappointing.
