ripped off

T-Mobile ripped me off. The sales tec for t-mobile said if we upgraded to go 5 we would get phones so we did. They are billing me full retail for the phones 2 months later. I have been through 5 support people and managers with no results. They are thieves. They are telling me that they do not need to stand behind there sales tech. I did a Google search and this has happened to lots of other people. This is there business plan. Do the Google search and you will understand what a low life company t mobile is.
