Scam Shield settings

Any way to login to Scam Shield settings so I can edit scam-likely phone numbers from my laptop or PC?   I know that Scam Shield goes through a server because it doesn't work unless the data is turned on for a phone.   Scammers go through WhatsApp and can only turn that off by limiting data and WiFi.
