Dropped Calls /Can't Dial/Person on other line cant hear me

I use to be more than satisfied w/ Tmobile. Here lately though my calls are continuing to drop or I can't make an out going phone call or the person on the other can't hear me!!! IS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCING THIS? Extremely FRUSTRATING ESPECIALLY SINCE I USE MY PHONE FOR WORK AS WELL. NOT GOOD. I am loosing $ due to not being able to properly do my job
