Current Usage Detail Not Population
Just recent when trying to pull the Current Usage Detail report getting Loading of records has failed. Intenta nuevamente más tarde. This has been going on for 3 days now. Is anyone else not able to retrieve this information?
I’ve been having the same problem for 4 days now, on my phone and my PC.
Does anyone know if T-Mobile updated their .com?
I called customer service and no one there can figure out or tell me why it's missing. So frustrating.
Multiple tickets and hours on the phone with them and still no fix. They can see what we can't so they close the tickets. It's great that the techs can see my usage.... Can I have their direct phone number so I can call them to tell me how much I've used and how much I have left this month.... Verizon has unlimited for what I pay for 5gbs..... About you leave T-Mobile over this crap.
May be fixed for now?
