Insane Hold Times.......4+ hours before ANYONE picks up....

Why does it take 4+ hours of zero customer service…. Just music.. Spanish.. Music.. Spanish.. Non Stop.. for over 4 hours.. 

The only time ive ever talked to anyone was BEFORE i was a customer.. Now that im a customer.. Ive NEVER talked to someone on the phone.. `24 hours a day of on hold music.. it NEVER ends..
