$150 T-Mobile Home Internet Rebate Scam
T-Mobile $150 rebate is a scam.
I signed up did what they said to do.
Check status 2 months later and it says denied.

Classic T-Mobile. Offer a promo and then "mistakenly" dont apply it to the bill. This is their MO for everything. We dumped them recently after almost 30 years because of their baloney lies and games. Don't take it! Leave!

Dear T-Mobile Customer Service,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the non-receipt of a $150 Visa card rebate that was promised as part of a promotion.
I fulfilled all the necessary requirements outlined in the promotion, including timely activation and adherence to the terms and conditions. However, despite my compliance, the promised rebate has not been received, causing significant frustration and disappointment.
I value T-Mobile as my service provider, but this experience has tarnished my perception of the company. It is disheartening to see a lack of follow-through on commitments made to loyal customers.
I kindly request immediate attention to this matter and the prompt issuance of the $150 Visa card rebate as promised. Failure to address this concern promptly will compel me to reconsider my loyalty to T-Mobile.
Your urgent action in resolving this issue is not only expected but crucial in maintaining customer trust and satisfaction. I look forward to a swift resolution and a positive response from T-Mobile.

Well, I'm disheartened to hear all this. I too have been duped into signing up for service with the promise of a TV. I've been in touch with t-mobile twice and they have verified I'm registered and qualified.
It's been 6 of the 10 weeks they say before I'll get the link and code. I'll just have to see what happens.
It won't break my heart to leave t-mobile, I'm getting at best 5mbs and it shuts off every night at 11:30-11:45.
Internet "service" ?

I was screwed from the start. Got my home internet on 1/21/24, it is now 1/29/24 and I just realized that they gave me a rebate code from 2021 that "starts" 1/06/22.…💀
Like wtf? I guess my T-mobile just has papers from 2-3 years ago lying around. So if anyone has an updated rebate code they can share please let me know and I'll try my luck 😅

It took me almost 10 days to figure out that T-Mobile was crooked (29 Jun 2024 to 7 Jul 2024). You can bad mouth them all your want but they do not care. The company neither looks at this community nor do they have a hired gun to read the posts and defend them. The best thing for all of you to do is to quit bitchin' and leave them as soon a possible. I went to Verizon and am very happy with my 2nd day of service so far. No broken promises and no lies (so far)...it feels wonderful. Please don't stress out because of them. Just leave! My rebate was $750.32 for paying off 2 iPhones 14 Pro Max. I was foolish to imagine they would actually honor this rebate. Don't worry, be happy! Good luck to you all!

I was promised $200 rebate card which never came after signing up on the phone for the cell phone service switching from Verizon. When I went to the store they said they could not help me so we called together. They said they could not help over the phone and I had to go online and follow all of these complicated steps that of course I don't have time for so I just lost the incentive to switch and now my cell phone bill is $150 monthly including the insurance because that $200 would have offset the switch value of my old phone. I'm switching back.

I switched my three lines carrier to Tmobile with a promise to getting a rebate of $600 for the three after three months of service. I switched in February and waited till June and nothing happened and I went to the T-Mobile store and was told that only one line was approved and that the remaining two lines were registered as being originally a T-Mobile line and not switched to T-Mobile. I was so mad because that was my daughters lines and threatened to withdraw from the service and they promised to now pay me $400 instead of the $600 which I refused insisting on getting what was agreed on. After a long discussion, they approved it and gave me $200 and that $400 will be sent later on the same week. I used the $200 for purchase and was declined several times and the remaining $400 was NEVER sent. This is T-Mobile gift card is a total SCAM. I regretted wasting my time and money with T-Mobile and I should have remained with AT&T but am canceling the subscription if it means losing the lines.
