I was pleasantly surprised with the speed I was getting compared to Spectrum, so I went all in on TMobile Home Internet. But after a few devices hitched on the network, the speeds seemed to bog down. After researching I ended up buying a Waveform 4x4 antenna and a GL iNet Spitz AX 5g modem/router. Together it cost me almost $1000 after sales tax. So before opening up the Waveform, I figured I would try to Spitz AX modem first. I took the SIM out of the TMobile modem, put it in the Spitz. Then in the Spitz Admin panel I ran an AT Command line to make the service think the Spitz was the Arcadian T-Mobile modem issued at sign up.
Speeds went from 80mbps at best time, to 300mbps! And under load, the Spitz maintains reliabilty much better than the fluctuating Arcadian modem.
The Spitz is WIFI 6, not sure what the Arcadian is. I took the Arcadian back to the store but they didn't want it because its part of the service. So its in my garage in my computer stuff boxes, until I ever stop using TMobile.
The Spitz is not cheap, but I am definitely happy with the performance.
