Router rebooting

Anyone having issues with the router rebooting over and over. This is my second device T-Mobile has sent me and after a few weeks it begins to reboot over and over and over non-stop

I'm on my 3rd sagecom modem. Same issue. New sim and power adapter with new modem. Going back to cable internet. Was good while it lasted. Sick of the only resolution is to give me another modem and no investigation no troubleshooting

My 5G Internet Gateway was set up a couple days ago.  First day it restarted a couple times.  I just had my cell phone and work laptop connected to it via wifi.  The 2nd day, it rebooted once so I quickly reconnected my work laptop back to the Comcast wifi.  This morning I just connected my cell phone and streamed Disney+ or Pandora on the TV and it would reboot every 1.5hrs.  I hadn't noticed if the light on the adapter turns off.

  • try to position the adapter so the light is either pointing out towards you or against something so you can see the light reflected on something. usually with something like this its a heat issue and its restarting to either correct itself or protect itself.

Mine restarts about every six hours. I just got it in the last month. It's the arcadayan I believe. It did take a tumble at one point when I was trying to place it up high and accidentally tugged on a connected cable but everything else about it works fine. Aside from having to place it in the exact right spot for decent signal. I did try a new power supply specifically rated for 45 watts as the manual says, since the connector on the previous one had bent a bit but it seems that the reboots are still happening.
