How can I get tmobile home internet at my address even if tmbile says it is not available. I kknow that it will work because I tested it.

Gateways are location locked.  There is also a limit to how many Home Internet gateways can be issued per area.  If TMHI isn't available at your address.  All you can do is wait and keep checking to see if it becomes available in the future.

Keep trying a different customer service rep even go to multiple T-Mobile stores and sooner or later you will find one to give it to you especially the stores not owned by T-Mobile , they want to make a sale

T-mobile says that 5G internet service is not available for my address. However, when I entered my neighbors' homes that are further away from the tower (thus weaker signal), the website says T-mobile internet is available for their homes. How can that be? (My S23 Ultra has no problem with T-mobile internet connections.) I went to our local T-mobile store and told them what I found and they did not know how to explain it. According to the T-mobile coverage map, my area is 99%.

No wonder the service in my "locked" neighborhood keeps getting worse. Thanks for "helping" make the situation worse with your suggestion. You do realize TMO wants to make money, too, but not at the cost of destroying service?

You are right. The devices officially issued will be impacted eventually by these rogue ones. The one that using the rogues ones will eventually suffer with speed issues and performance once TMO figures out theses devices are squatting the service.
