Unexplained Skyrocket of 5G Home Internet Usage
I called T-Mobile support about this, but they really didn't have any answers for me, so wanted to see if anyone else had experienced anything like this. My TM 5G Home Internet usage skyrocketed ...
I had 250GB used while we were on vacation .. with no devices on in the house except for a wifi thermostat
There is literally nobody to reach electronically at Tmobile !
I noticed a user connected by “ethernet” rather than gateway (nothing is plugged in), I blocked that user but several GB of data were still used while we slept
The information available from the gateway is very limited, both through the app and online !
What to do ? Can't get a good answer anywhere
