why is the internet down?

My router has signal but does not have internet. Everything in the house has lost internet. I have rebooted to router and it connects and says the signal is good. Everything says it has connection to...

    @MikeGebhard, a few questions first to understand your setup.

    Do you have a wifi router that is attached to your TM gateway, or do devices connect directly to your gateway? 

    If they attach directly to your gateway, do you see your SSID (my home internet) wifi network on your devices like phones, tablets and TVs? 

    You should be able to configure your gateway and then restart it and then go to your devices and see your gateway network/SSID name to connect.
