Ordered a new iphone 15 through upgrade device
Hola guys!
Has anyone ever experience the same issue that I had with t-mobile recently?
I ordered a new iphone 15 through upgrade device on November 6. It was said to be delivered on Nov 7 for the fastest delivery, so I chose the fastest one.
Today, on Nov 7, I check through my activity log, I found out that the phone is not yet being shipped out. I tried to call the customer service since this morning until evening, they always said to not worry because it will be get updated. But until now (until this time I write a question), I still haven't receive any notification or updates regarding my order.
Has anyone ever experience the same issue that I had?

The estimation date of the delivery was Nov 7. I already called the customer service, and they always said that it will be today and today, but until now, I still haven't get the notification about the shipment. The customer service already checked that they have the stock available.
When placing an order, delivery dates are estimates. Once the transaction has fully processed, which can take up to a few business days. The order, if the device is in-stock, will ship.
