Promotion let down

I applied for the T-Mobile internet in November and was supposed to receive a free 50 inch fire TV. I followed up several times and each time the person from promotions said I was approved and I should be receiving it soon. 

Today I talked with a young lady that help me place it in my Amazon account and when I put in the code it was expired. She then call promotions and they said it was expired and there was nothing they could do. So I am out a free tv. No one told me I needed to put it in a cart at amazon. I called promotions in January, February and April. You would think one person would have told me how to redeem this TV.

I am disappointed. Not very good customer relations on promotions part. The rep that assisted me today was fantastic. But she could not help me either. Maybe there is someone at T-Mobile that can assist me so I can receive the promotion I was promised
