I am still trying to get two $75 costco gift cards. Have called customer service numerous times. Most recently they said something was wrong and they will end me an email. They sent an email 2 weeks later with a link that asks for a secure access code which I do not have and customer service can not tell me what it is. Going to call again tomorrow when I have an hour or so to walk them through it again. I would not recommend anyone choose t-mobile based on expected promotions bc you may never get them
