Watch to Cell Phone for PreTeen

Why am I not "allowed" to upgrade a smart watch and number to a cell phone and number? I was told today that I have to pay for both for 3 months to take advantage of a promotion...Is there an easy way to transition preteens? TIA

  • You are so right! I did reach out to Customer Service after posting this question to the community. Dee helped me work through a solution that is perfect for our needs. You just have to find the right person to think through the challenge with you…and she did!
