Hi! This year, together with my family, we celebrate twenty years as very pleased (at least until now) T-Mobile customers. My current phone device - which is still in perfect working order - is a Cat S61 (https://www.gsmarena.com/cat_s61-9076.php). However, it's six year old and only 4G. Very unfortunately, its maker (Bullitt Group) went defunct this past January, leaving it without any future worthy successors. The primary worthy successors I found are those offered by Ulefone. From them I just obtained the Armor 27T Pro (https://www.ulefone.com/products/armor-27t-pro, https://www.ulefone.com/a/pf_preview?id=5bb53063-6db2-4df0-a6c4-a3d09cb1f25d) which I received a bit over a week ago and it (using WiFi and a USB C-C cable) with its Android 14 OS loaded itself with all the apps from the Android 9 Cat S61 that are applicable to its Android 14. I haven't yet placed a SIM on the Armor 27T - that's the subject of this conversation. I'd like to keep my present Cat S61 with its present 4G SIM whilst would also like to obtain a new 5G-SA SIM for my new 27T also to be associated with my current phone number. Please, please don't for a moment think that this is a foolish request to have two devices simultaneously operating under the same telephone number!!! Rather, it's a request to be able to use - one device at the time - one or the other. If one device is active on the T-Mobile network, I shall shut it down first as to allow it to orderly de-register from the network, then wait a few minutes, and turn-on the other device. I simply want to use one device or the other without swapping SIMs - which can lead to breakage of their respective SIM holders and is a time consuming task. I've attempted yesterday at the Town Center Boca Raton, FL T-Mobile's "Experience Center" to accomplish such maneuver but the very kind, charming, and otherwise knowledgeable young lady that attended me indicated they don't have the technical expertise to do so and thus wasn't provided with a new SIM. Starting few weeks ago, my 5G network disconnects me out of nowhere. People can't call me while I'm not aware of it since most of time I'm on wifi network. I had to change to plane mode and switch back in order to register my phone with 5G network. This happens in every few days. I've never had this issue before. I found out it also happened to my wife's phone. But, I believe it is worse with my phone. Both mine and my wife's phones are Samsung. It seems like it is not happening my daughter's iPhone. I keep getting locked out of my apps because I can never verify with my phone number. I never get the text messages with codes, I can never make online appts to follow links because I never get the links. After 20 (mostly happy) years with T-Mobile I finally had enough of their BS over the past 3 years and I dumped them. Why? Here's a short list: Claimed my trade was lost Claimed my trade was damaged (refused to provide pictures although I had video of me trading a pristine phone at the store) "accidentally" changed my plan when I added a watch "accidentally" didn't apply the promo on another trade never Fixed above problem necessitating me to call service every month for 2 years to get the monthly credit applied Discontinued service with the 3g switch breaking my car, watch, and 2 phones ruined my coverage in my rural area and the last straw: breached my contract with the autopay method of payment scam doubling the monthly cost for my additional lines So I quit. Ported my phones out and paid my final bill. Then the problems started… (well I guess they never ended) T-Mobile claimed I kept their equipment. The item in question - a 10 year old WiFi router which never worked so it ended up in a box.So I mailed it back. One of my line ports failed for some reason so they charged me an extra month of service (including making me pay them for Netflix but TMobile did not pay Netflix that month i called in to get the bill removed. They apologized and said they'd fix it. They didn't I called and got a bill credit to offset their bogus charges. They said they applied the credit. They send me another bill with a late fee. So the title says that and here I will extend more. these guys want your money so bad, they are sending me an another month to pay even though I closed my account and paid my month blll early(it ends FEBURARY 6) and I kept telling them thats basically stealing. She wouldn't even tell me why and I asked for a supervisor and she wouldn't get one she pretended to get one and it took so long call was over 55 minutes too also. So they closed my account after I paid the FEES the LAST MONTH I USE T MOBILE AS OF TODAY 1/30/2023 after 14 YEARS OF A LOYAL CUSTOMER, I always set it up that I pay my bill one month in advance, but since im closing my account I paid off everything which is the one month left that didnt even end UNTIL FEBRUARY 6th. Then they said they will bill me a final one AFTER ASWELL. Don't even use t mobile anymore too expensive, they took all my credits away when I cancelled after I asked what happened to my credits they said I had none when I always saved my credits. And to think being a loyal 14 year customer they wouldn't do me dirty like this, Lady said she can't even provide me a confirmation email or a physical email of the account closing, I asked for this incase somethinggoes wrong and I got proof, she still wouldn't. She tried everything to not explain why I had to pay ANOTHER MONTH that IM NOT EVEN USING and the month isnt EVEN HERE YET, 1 MORE DAY AND NOT ONLY THAT LIKE I SAID FEBRUARY 6th IS MY PAY DATE BUT I PAID ALREADY JUST SO CAN CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. BUT NOW ALL MY CREDITS PROMOTIONS OVER THER 14 YEARS OF SERVICE SUDDENLY GONE AND NOT ONLY THAT I HAVE TO PAY ONE MORE MONTH LOL?
