Descuento de AutoPago
6 Topicsprice when mixing 5 prepaid plans?
We have a total of five lines on Verizon post paid. Previously have used AT&t post paid. T-Mobile is finally available in my area, I'm doing a trial on a 12 gig prepaid connect plan. It looks like prepaid has a 10 gig and two different unlimited options that can be mixed? But I don't find any online calculator to estimate how much it would cost. (The only estimator tool shows four lines all on the same plan) We would probably do three lines on the 10 gig, 2 on the lower unlimited. I understand these plans would be QCI 6. Currently AT&t and Verizon consumer plans are QCI 7 or 8 which stink.63Visto0likes0ComentariosAutoPay Change Causes Us to Lose Phone Insurance Benefits
By forcing autopay users to pay with a bank account or debit card we are going to lose the phone insurance provided by our credit cards. In my case I get a $40/month autopay discount. So I have to choose between an extra $480/year or the phone insurance on my credit card. I understand that credit card processing is more expensive than bank or debit, and I'd be happy to pay an extra 3% of my balance to pay by credit card (and thereby keep my credit card insurance benefits), but $40/month is extortionary. Can T-Mobile please reconsider this policy, and perhaps keep the autopay by credit card option for a small surcharge instead of the $40/month that I'd have to pay? My monthly service bill is $35 inclusive of the $5 autopay discount.Ihave 2 phones on installment plan which I pay $42 per month, but I get a credit of $42 per month also, it's from the free phone promo a few months ago. If I pay off the phones, my monthly bill will be $35 - $42 credit = -$7 per month. Since I'm not paying my bills using my debit card (but using the credits instead), will the $5 autopay discount be removed?Solved123Visto0likes2ComentariosSetting up "Bank Account" as an Auto payment menthod
Hi There, I am not sure if anybody has/had encountered this issue before and I would appreciate any advice/recommendation regarding this issue tat i am haivng. As you may be aware, in order to qualify forauto pay discount (based on plan, you may qualify for auto pay discount $5 per line), you would need to use either DEBIT card or Bank Payment as your default payment method for Auto pay. Now i had enrolled for auto payment with my back payment method but for some reason, transcation was declined due bank was not able to clear the payment for some reason (Not that i did not have money in the account but for some technical reason it got rejected from the bank side when T-Mobile tried to process the due amount by using the bank). Due to that, I can't now use that method (It's greyed out and it says, you are not allowed to use this method anymore). So, I tried calling customer care multiple times and explained this and mentioned that I would like to use different bank for to make payments (Auto enroll) so that i can get Auto pay discount per line. I have 8 lines in my account and you are looking at $40 per month saving. But, customer representative were not a tall helpful. I was being told that system put a block on that method and I then mentioned , can you help me to remove that block or escalate it technical department or relavent department that i can speak with so that i can use bank payment method. I dont have debit card but representative was " you would need to use Debit card and if you dont then use someone else debit card, may be ask around friends, and other family members" .😧. I am not sure, who to reach out for this issue. Any help, i would appreciate that!298Visto0likes0ComentariosAutopay discount with checking account not showing
Because I had autopay set up with a credit card, it was showing my next bill at a higher rate. I've since changed my autopay to use a checking account, but the amount showng for the August bill has not changed. Maybe that will take a day or two to show229Visto0likes3Comentariosdisappointed - doing away with the credit card autopay discount.
I am very disappointedthat you are doing away with the credit card autopay discount. As you seem to be concerned with "security" - thats the first thing i see when i login.. I do not own a Debit Card and I don't give out my Bank information. And before anyone says the Credit card companies increased the %.. the increase of credit card fees (based on my bill) would be $9.25.. why then am i losing $20?149Visto4likes4Comentarios
