I got a final notice for my bill on April, 2022. Finally my account got turned over to a collection agency and my debt kept being built because I was going through a financial situation. My debt got sent to Convergent Outsourcing, Inc. and then I continued not paying and it got sent to I.C. System Inc. I was wondering if I can go to directly TMobile to pay for this debt. I got sent a letter from I.C. System Inc back in November, 2022 and well it's June, 2023 so I wanted to settle this debt immediately! I need a new phone and I want to open an account with TMobile immediately. I have all the bill documents with my account number and the collection debt letters to help assist with information about my debt. I recently switched to T-Mobile now that I've managed to test it out. I am trying t bring my family over however, when I try adding multiple lines online it won't let me. I can only seem to add one line. When I first making my T-Mobile account and looking at plans it would let me add multiple lines for a new user but nowIt doesn't even give me the option to add more than one. March 30, I went into a Tmobile store to add my daughter in law to my account. She was currently a Sprint customer.. well, I thought it would be a quick 20-30 mins in and out. NOPE 2 hours later we walked out of the store frustrated and w/o accomplishing anything! We had to call customer care, absolutely waste of time. Language barrier, not understanding what we were talking about, etc. But we did find Alishya... omg, she was an absolute SAINT. she was helping me and another customer and talking to customer care when they were not doing or understanding what I was trying to do. I can NOT say enough about this young woman. Alishya is awesome! I'm still very frustrated because customer care messed up everything, charged me $30 for a SIM card and postdated my order for April 8. When adding a new line and buying a phone for it, tmobile offers $600.99 off the phone total cost. It is sometimes lower for certain phones but there is generally a discount when adding a new line. Is this offer limited to one line only or can it apply multiple times? I´m trying to add two lines to my plan for a total of 3 and I´m getting a new phone for both of those lines. Hi, I have been trying to add a new line to my account by purchasing a new phone online. I am on an old Simple Choice plan. The issue is there is an add-on which says SC Data 6GB & SMHS for $15/mo that shows up before placing the order and there is no option to remove that add-on.
