6 Topics$5 auto-pay discount, T-Mobile's breach of contract
When I joined T-Mobile, I signed a contract that binds me to their regulations. It seems that contract is one way, and only applies to me, not T-Mobile. The removal of the $5 auto-pay discount using a credit card is a breach of contract on T-Mobile's part. This company is regularly hacked. Do you really think I want to leave my banking info on their site? Besides, my credit card gives me perks for paying my cell phone bill, helping me bring the outrageously high price we pay for a so-so service. Count me in for the class action law suit!2KViews13likes19ComentariosAutopay Quit Working
After having been enrolled in autopay ever since I started on the prepaid plan, last month I received notification that autopay was unsuccessful. My card number did not change. I logged into the T-Mobile website to re-enter my card info, the website said it was an invalid card number (it's not.). I called customer service… the representative was very nice, and entered my card number multiple times on her computer. She kept getting the same invalid card number message (again… it's not.) I went to my local T-Mobile store, and waited for a while, then a representative was able to process my payment in-store. The point of autopay is convenience, but if I'm going to have to go to the store ever time I need to make a payment because they can't solve the problem which is obviously on their end… I might just switch carriers. Any idea as to what the problem is?253Visto0likes1ComentarioSwitch and Save - Debit Card
Recently switched from Verizon to Tmobile. 5 total lines. We are waiting for the validation side of the Keep and Switch program. My question is - will the virtual pre-paid card only be used to pay back Verizon? or can I use it anywhere? so for example - Verizon charges me for the devices, they take the funds out of my account, I use the pre-paid Mastercards anywhere I like. Or do I have to use the prepaid card and contact Verizon to pay?92Visto0likes1Comentario
