My SyncUp firmware was successfully updated about 10 days ago after several months of failed firmware update notifications, whew. However, with this new update I'm now getting notifications that my SyncUp is 100% charged a couple of times a night when it's on the charger. This is new and not useful. Regarding battery, I only want to know if it is getting low to warn me to charge it. Is there any way to disable this notification without turning off the low battery notification?47Visto0likes0ComentariosBattery shows 'recharging' at 78% but stays there
Hi! I noticed overnight (2AM) that my network connections had failed;I'd see the wifi icon on my phone with a little "!" next to the wifi logo instead of the usual '6'. I went to reboot the router and the Nokia gray cylinder gatewayand noticed the battery recharge icon was blinking steadily. The battery percentage was at 78%. Internet /wifi connectivity was restored... I looked back at about 6:45AM as I saw the "!" on the phone again, and it's still steadily flashing "recharging" and the percentage was still 78%. Since moving a couple devices directly to the gray gateway instead of through the router, thenupping the Transmission Power setting to 50% (When I set up the unit I changed it to 12.5%, the lowest possible value), I noticed there's no longer any wifi connectivity issues. I've had T-Mobile Home Internet for a couple years now and everything's been great; this week's been the first time any major issues cropped up. But the "battery stuck at 78%" remains as of the timestamp of this post. Is there an easy way to get the battery to finish recharging? ¡Gracias!182Visto0likes3ComentariosMy Gateway is showing 0% battery
My Nokia gateway is showing 0% battery and it's been showing it for several days now. It had been fluctuating from the single-digits up to mid-80, but now it's all the way down to zero. I know that the battery doesn't have that much of an impact on the gateway's operation, but i am wondering if it's a symptom of a larger issue, and whether my unit needs to be replaced. To be clear, the unit works OK without any apparent issues so far; just the annoying 0% battery level in the display. I am using a small power strip to power it and that has another device (a Google Mini) attached to it. Could it be the cause of this issue?
