I am not looking for a free phone. I just want to be able to get one of the same of better value than I had at a reasonable price. My phone was broken and I'm still paying the monthly payment for it. I can't bring myself to get another monthly plan or expensive phone. However, of course, I need one for so many reasons right now …sick family members, job search, trying to get into a new home rental, and so forth. Hello, as many others have posted I have encountered the Oops we hit a snag error when trying to upgrade or buy a new phone my issue occurs when I try to change my shipping address during checkout for the Note 10+ I even tried to reply to another thread that had same issue and I couldn't even reply to that support thread this support website and the main site are so gd damn broken. theres threads from OVER A YEAR AGO!!! Seriously dude I have been having this issue for like 15 days now I just want to upgrade my damn phone also my issue is I don't have the physical credit card with me its back in Houston and Im in NYC and I wanted to update my shipping address to have the phone shipped here and I cant have it changed to reflect the address here in NYC and it is getting so frustrating I tried what that person above said to use old ZIP but I don't have any luck. Hello I wanted to know if there was an email I can send to someone in the corporate office so I can communicate an issue that I recently had. I purchased last June 2021 a brand new S21 plus 5g and 10 months into the use of the phone the screen went completely black and come to find out it was not repairable and I was told at a T mobile store to contact Samsung for the warranty replacement. When I called the Samsung warranty dept. They (Samsung) said they would replace the phone and not only that, for the inconvenience, they were going to upgrade me to a new S22. I accepted the offer but to my surprise the rep for Samsung said I would have to pay for this to take place. Mind you at this point I am confused as to why I would have to pay out of pocket since this is under 1yr warranty. Come to find out later down the road the rep put me down as if I was calling to do an upgrade. He sold me the idea so he can get the sale fro me. I am so disgusted with Samsung and when I received the new S22 it was much smaller than my S21 plus cause he sold me the S22 regular. Now not only am I not satisfied with my new S22 phone I am stuck PAYING for my monthly installment payment for the S21 Plus I NO longer have. I reached out to T mobile support to see if they can help me cancel the monthly payment I was making for a phone that broke just under the 1st yr. No one seems to be able to help and I would like to notify T mobile corporate. Can some one help me with an email? My iPhone 15 Pro fell one foot onto bathroom tiles and the back glass cracked, even though my phone was in the case. I'm curious about using a cell booster, but a bit of background on my situation. I have a couple towers near me, which are tower 1 west-northwest and tower 2 north. Tower 1 is a little bit closer and my home tower. When I'm connected to this tower, I have a good connection and good speeds. However, I frequently get bounced to tower 2 and the upload speed is basically non-existent (0.4 - 0.7Mbps) and unusable. I see this behavior across my phone and home internet, although the phone occasionally gets a couple Mbps. I've reported the issue to tmobile countless times without a resolution. I bought a brand new Franklin Wireless RG2100 in December 2023 from the flagship T Mobile store in Las Vegas. I am in NY and it is faulty. I took it to a Boston T Mobile store who told me they couldn't do anything as it was pre-paid (bought outright) and to call customer service. I went to New Haven T Mobile store who told me to call customer service while instore as they had no process to deal with a pre-paid faulty device. We called customer service who didn't know what to do. I called customer service the next day and spoke to a supervisor who also said he could do nothing. I have paid for a brand new device that is genuinely faulty, under warrantyand still looks brand new, yet T Mobile have taken my money and refuse to refund me or give me a replacement device. Nobody disputes the unit is faulty, even though customer service imply they don't trust me, however their own store on the phone told them it was as responsive as a "brick". What they are doing is nothing short of theft as they know it is faulty, they know it is under warranty, yet they won't give any means to replace, fix or refund it. I sent my broken phone back to assurance in the envelope provided. Some how it got lost? And I got charged because they never received it. Why am I getting charged if I sent it. I called they said I will get my money back in 2 to 3 bill cycles. It's been almost 4 months now and Everytime I call they don't know what to tell me. That they are still waiting.
