I have been checking my missed calls and for some reason, right below there's a message saying "answered on other device". I do not have call forwarding active nor do I have the "answer on other devices" active. Are scammers somehow using my phone number? Or has T-Mobile sold my information somehow and is being misused by someone else?8.1KViews0likes5ComentariosConditional Call Forwarding No Longer Working
About a month or so ago my conditional call forwarding for unanswered calls stopped working. I have had it working for years and wasable to send them to Google Voicemail to handle. I did nothing and one day I noticed it no longer worked. I have tried the GSM codes, the call forwarding on my phone, etc and get modem_err or other error codes. I can still forward unavailable or busy calls it is only the unanswered that doesn't work. Anyone else have this issue and been able to solve it?6KViews0likes13ComentariosForwarded call
I have a call forwarding service and I am looking for a way to see the number that actually called before being forwarded. When I check in recent activity or a detailed billing statement, I see it simply as an OUTGOING call to my forwarding service, but it does not show the number that actually called. Should it not show INCOMING from the original number first, then OUTGOING to the forwarding service?529Visto0likes1ComentarioCall forwarding issue
Hello, I use my phone for when I am on-call at work and have not added/changed any call forwarding settings in my personal phone. There is a call forwarding phone system at my work and when a someone dials that number, the call should be forwarded to me, but does not dial and hangs up after a couple seconds. I'll use example #'s to make more sense of it. Someone would dial the phone system at work (111-111-1111), that number would be forwarded to my phone number (222-222-2222) and essentially should ring my personal phone. Instead, it does not ring and drops the phone call after a couple seconds. This was all happening with my ZFlip 4. I tried resetting all settings, formatting completely with no luck. Just yesterday, I upgraded to a ZFlip 6, same issue persists. I tried reformatting again, disabling wifi calls, and making sure all restricted/blocked calls were unblocked. Nobody else has this issue at my work (even with their t-mobile phones)and the IT dept has reported everything is working on their end. I have a work issued cell phone (T-Mobile as well) and that phone has hadno issues with receiving phonecalls either). Is there some setting specifically with the ZFlip phones that is prohibiting me from receiving the calls? Suggestions? I am traveling in Taiwan and I noticed the last two months using the "iPhone Call Forwarding" feature, I am still being charged for $0.25 each incoming call. Last year when I was in Taiwan,I wasn't being charged at all . Is there a change in policy on this? My second question is then: I used the **21*1+phonenumber# unconditional call forwarding feature and "I noticed it actually went ahead and changed that to the iPhone Call forwarding to that phone number". This is no different than I change the iPhone call forwarding myself. If this is how it is, I believe I will be charged for $0.25 again each time someone call me from the state to my phone number and then my phone will actually call forward to the State voice mail and then of course I would be charged. Can someone verify what I said is true? and if so, is there a better way to do unconditional call forwarding so I won't be charged for any spam calls? Thanks for any comments or suggestions? 145Visto0likes0Comentarios
