Recently 2 weeks back I switched to T mobile home internet. I facing lot of difficulties to work from home due inconsistent internet connection. Microsoft teams call gets dropped very frequently. All devices goes out off internet. Raise complaint but nothing is resolved so far. I have only had t-mobile home internet a month now. It has gone down a few times and comes back in a minute or so. But the issue is once it comes back some of my devices are no longer connected. A Epson wifi printer needs to be reconnected by entering the password again using arrows and a list. My TCL ROKU TV needs to reconnect the wifi also. I have had both devices in the same location for 2 years. Neither ever had a problem reconnecting when my century link wifi went down. I own 2 different wifi extenders, a TP-Link AC1900 (RE550) and a NETGEAREX2800. Both werked flawlessly with my Starlink router and with my Omada router when Starlink was in bypass mode. However, immediately upon starting usage of my new 5G T-Mobile gateway, the extenders periodically lose connection with the internet. Sometimes, when I connect to an extender, there is a 5 second delay and then the internet somehow comes on. Other times, it takes over aminute or two. This is unacceptable as I have smart devices dependent on these extenders and they regularly lose connection with the internet. Since this issue only started with the T-Mobile gateway I can only conclude it's a T-Mobile issue. I have had this device just a few days and I must reboot it about three times a day as the WIFI will fail and knock out ethernet as well. Sometime I have to reboot it twice in a row. When can I expect a hotfix for this issue? I cannot afford to work like this and I will have to drop service is not fix ASAP. I will like to also request credit on my bill until the issue is 100% resolved. I am getting great internet speeds, minimum of 200Mbp/s down and 100 up. But every minute or 2 it just drops to 0 for a few seconds then back up to the 200/100. Issue is once it drops to 0 everything drops, calls on apps/sites, games, phone just completely makes me turn off wifi and turn it back on, even the tmobile app just stops working if I have it on when it disconnects. Arcadyan KVD21 model, only have had it for 3 days. Near window, not overheating, tried resetting. There's also no ability to customize settings on the app, so can't change anything to help it. Only true reason I could see for it dcing is living in the city, but that wouldn't make sense to me. Shouldn't that mean it would dc less?? Anyone else having this issue?178Visto2likes1Comentario
