dual sim

I have an iPhone 13 and currently enrolled in the Go5G Plus plan with T-Mobile. I plan to upgrade to the iPhone 15 in the next week. I am paying for an additionalDIGITS number/line ending in "2672" which costs$10/month. This addition I was toldallows me totext/voice call with a separate number on my iPhone now. I have heard from a friend I do not need this additional line as I can just convert the number to an eSIM line and have dual SIM on my phone. I am a bit confused after researching this a little and seeking clarification. I want to know if I can transfer the DIGITS number ending in 2672 (I am currently using the DIGITSnumber as my business #) to an eSIMline and eliminate the need to have DIGITS all together? Can I send and receive text messages/phone calls through the phone using both my personal number ending in 9777 (on the physical SIM) and transferring the DIGITS number "2672" toeSIM? If the above is possible andI can keep the number ending in "2672" and convert it to eSIM, does that mean that I need to pay T-Mobile for activation of another voice line to use it or would that be included in with my postpaid Go5G Plus voice line that I am already paying for? I need to be able to keep the "2672"number to send and receive calls/textsas that iswhat'ssaved in my clients/doctors address books and what I have marketed/advertised for my small business. Thank you in advance for any help & insight.219Visto0likes0ComentariosIs turning off data roaming enough?
Hello. I have an iPhone 14, with the capability of dual eSIM. I am going to be living overseas for approximately 10 months but would like to keep my T-Mobile plan and number active for ease when I return. I have already been informed that if over 50% of your data usage is overseas for about a 2 month period, you will get pinged for excessive roaming and will be warned that your plan will get cancelled if it continues. I've also been told that simply not using the data overseas could potentially help you fly under the radar and not get pinged. I just got myself a eSIM for european data, and then turned off data roaming on the T-Mobile eSIM. This way I still receive calls and texts from my US number when connected to wifi, but according to what the phone says it won't use data or cell signal from the T-Mobile card. However, when I check my phone's signal it still shows that the T-Mobile card is connecting to cell towers in my area even with roaming turned off. Is having roaming turned off a sufficient way to ensure I don't use any data on that card, or is it still going to ping me for excessive roaming after some period of time? Hey! so as the title says, next month im moving to the US for college. Im planning to buy a new phone (the S24 when it comes out) and my question is: if I buy the new phone + line in T Mobile (because T Mobile havethe deals of purchasing a new phone+line) will I be able to use my home country's SIM while having another SIM from T Mobile? I know Samsung phones supports dual-SIM option but for that to work my phone needs to be unlocked. Thank you in advance!101Visto0likes1Comentario2 Phones w Physical Sim Cards? ESim

I am having this problem, I have esim and sim on the same device, on the same account with tmobile, the same plan and why the signal of the 2 Numbers are different, which is not supposed to be, I am almost sure that tmobile limits the signal depending on your number and location, my first number is from PR and the second from FL and being here in Florida the number here has more signal than the PR number and when I am in PR the PR number has more signal than the same FL number, I think something is wrong, and investigate more about it If anyone knows why or if they have the same problem...194Visto0likes1ComentarioiPhone 13 Series Dual eSIM Setup Instructions
After spending 4+ hours on the phone with customer care, and in-store, today trying to get Dual eSIM's setup on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, I left the store with one eSIM and one physical SIM on my new device. I need help and direction on how to get multiple eSIM's from T-Mobile setup on my device. I currently have two T-Mobile accounts - one personal, one business. I've previously used them in Dual SIM setup, one physical SIM & one eSIM - as described above, on my iPhone 12 Pro. Every time I've needed to re-setup the single eSIM for that device, the store always struggled to know what to do and how to get me setup with a single eSIM. Now that the iPhone 13 Series supports Dual eSIM use, I'd like to get setup this way.The device was ordered from Apple to activate T-Mobile's network, and the eSIM for my personal line came pre-configured upon the arrival of the device. However, when using the "Change SIM" option in "My Account" for my business line, as well as the store attempting to update from their end, the system gives an error stating "Looks like that eSIM number is already set up." after inputting the EID from the iPhone 13 Pro Max. "My Account" has no option to input any other information from the device that may link the 2nd eSIM back to the network, and the in-store employee said the same, or didn't understand how to set it up on their systems. I need precise direction on how I can get both eSIM Profiles for the two T-Mobile accounts installed/downloaded to the new phone. Ayuda.13KViews1like10Comentarios
