I walked in a store on 9/23 and was told to try the TMobile for free. Instead, I returned it 4 days later as it could not compare with Ziply and Tmobile is charging me $30 a month even though I returned it. They also messed up my bill, cannot help me on the customer service line since I don't know my pin and they don't accept Social Security numbers as back-up anymore. I was told I had to go back in a store. Terrible customer service.9Visto0likes0ComentariosI know, I know
I've reconnected with a friend from the past and when thier phone broke they asked me to help get another. They were on a Metro paying $70,per month. Ioffered to put them on my plan pay less get more benefits and get in on a new phone promo. Phone line is $20 and the promo is a $20 monthly credit that covers the payment on the phone. Every month I have to ask them to pay, well since June I've gotten $20. The phone hadinsurance at $10 a month that I canceled already. What to do? BTW they only paid the $20 because I suspended the line. What to do? Cancel the 4th line and take the L on the phone. Still owes $350. Also since I'm probably not going to get the back but still pay for it. Can I block it. Can't report stolen that would be fraud. I am trying to set up a separate network on my home internet. The baby monitor we have needs to operate on 2.4Ghz. I am on the T-Life app and it when I go to Manage Internet, it asks if my gateway is set up. I said yes and it takes me to the screen telling me to reconnect. I go to the Wifi Settings on my phone, log out, log back in and go back to the app. And there's no changes. I can't go past this screen. I put in my IP address to log in as an administrator and it took me ot the T-Mobile Gateway Home and this is what it is showing me So I decided to select Set Up My Gateway, completed everything and it took me right back to the T-Mobile Internet page on the app where it wants me to connect to the Wi-Fi even though I am already connected. Very confused as to what is wrong and what I'm doing wrong here.33Visto0likes0ComentariosT-Mobile 5G Home Internet Gateway slow ethernet but fast WiFi
I recently installed the grey 5G Home Internet gateway at home. When I first got it three weeks ago, I was seeing speeds of 150+ down, and 50 up on both WiFi and ethernet. Now I am seeing roughly the same speeds over WiFi, but ethernet speeds have dropped to 10-15 down, sometimes as low as 5. Upload is around 15-20. Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution? Or is the gateway defective? Both ports appear to have the same issue, and WiFi continues to work fine.11KViews7likes31ComentariosCan't create T-Mobile ID

I already tried to reach out to customer support multiple times, but they does not help… Have open case #70425112 for that more than a week now..Solved7.4KViews1like27ComentariosMultiple Network IDs
I've had TMobile's Wireless Home Internet for close to 3 years. It works well but the Mobile Home Internet Management apps are deficient: T-Mobile, T-Mobile Internet, T-Life, and T-Mobile.com restrict many functionalities that should be available to home internet technical users. You allow us to create multiple network id's on our T-Mobile Wireless Home Gateways. I have 3 defined on my KVD21 JT2DBE659. However you DO NOT allow us to view WHICH devices are connected to WHICH network id. Why Not ??? We've been asking for this for years. Some of us isolate device functionality in our networks by creating multiple networks thus maintaining ease of troubleshooting and security management. This works great, but when you CANNOT see which devices are connected to which network id. - that just SUCKS. Weh are you going to get this operational? What does it take to get someone on the management team with a brain to document this and have it placed on the functionality development list for developmentand implementation? Other Router manufacturers have this built right into their products - why can't you get this moving ????54Visto0likes1ComentarioHome internet return?
I have requested multiple times for this to be cancelled and removed from my bill. The people at 611 told me it would not be terminated until I take the modem to a store to turn it in. I have been to 3 of my local stores and they refuse to accept the modem. Telling me I need to mail it back in the return box they send me. They refuse to send me a box to ship it back. Please help me out of this contract before I have to cancel my t-mobile all together.26Visto0likes0Comentarios
