Locked ESim on Samsung but not Apple
My T-Mobile account is in good standing and I have two devices which are on payment plans One is a Galaxy s24 Ultra and the other is an iPhone 15 pro Max so when I add an MVNO ESIM to the pro Max it works just fine with no problems whatsoever. When I add an ESIM to the Galaxy s24 Ultra it says network locked and it won't let me access the eSIM at all. So why would it work on the iPhone and not on the s24 when neither of them are paid off? I called the Philippines call center the other night and she assured me that she spoke to a supervisor and due to my account status they would unlock the ESIM for me on the s24 even though it's not paid off it never happened so I called in the morning and I got the USA call center and they said absolutely not they would not do it for me and still would not give me an explanation as to why the e Sims work just fine on the Apple and not the Samsung! Does anyone know why this would be an issue with the Samsung and not the Apple? Also, I noticed that there is a place that you could contact someone higher up that could possibly help me with this but you can only access them through some type of like Facebook or something, do you know who that is at T-Mobile? Thanks any insight would be appreciated.
5G for both iphone and google pixel but no data connection
Neither of my iphone 15 pro max or google pixel 8 pro will connect to data. I have to be on wifi to get a connection for everything. I've restarted both and did the airplane mode toggle and enabled roaming. I don't see an outage on the map and my data for the month is only 3gb of 100. What is going on
Just upgraded my phone, cannot access internet without wifi
I have been a T-Mobile customer for years. I just recently upgraded to the new iPhone 15 Pro Max from a 12 Pro Max. I cannot access the internet ANYWHERE. Spotify? Nope. Google Chrome? Nope. Facebook? Nope. I have full cell service and 5G in all of the places I am attempting to use my phone. My old phone worked in all of these places such as work and in my car during my commute. This is absolutely infuriating. Am I missing something?Where is my iPhone 15 Pro Max? - My wife got hers, orded the next day!
Hello T-Mobile and Community! I have an interesting story. I ordered my iPhone 15 ProMax - White from T-mobile on Launch Day (9/15/23 @ 10:30 AM) on my Account. I am still waiting and it says it should be shipped by October 3rd. My wife ordered the SAME EXACT phone the next day (9/16/23 @ 11:30 PM)on her account. She did order a regular sized Proon launch day and then decided she wanted the bigger one, so she reordered the next day. It initially said November delivery. She got her phone on drop day (9/22/23), and I have no updates on my phone. I called T-mobile, and they were like, yeah - no clue, sorry. Same shipping address and everything. It is so frustrating that T-mobile and their system would not fulfill orders in the proper sequence. I am still waiting with no updates and just a "too bad, so sad" from T-mobile.
