Can't add mexico and canada add on, begin checkout not working
Hi guys, does anyone found the same problem? I've tried to add the add on to my account and when I press begin checkout nothing happens and I cant do anything. I've cleared the cache, tried 3 different browsers, incognito and nothing seems to work.. I just want to pay the 5 dollars to have unlimited service as well here in Mexico but has been a big problem. 1st they asked a pin to register, this pin was never given out to me and finally today I've manage to get a phone call and solve that situation but now I cant add the add on so might find other prepaid sim card.
Mobile Hotspot Feature no longer works while roaming in Mexico
My wife and I subscribe to the One Plus plan. This gives us 5gb a month to use while roaming in Mexico/Canada. For the past 4-5 years that we've had this plan, it has worked great. We live in San Diego, CA and cross into Tijuana/Rosarito/Ensenada often. In the past month or 2, we have been unable to hotspot to our daughters' tablets while roaming south of the boarder. We roam on Telcel and data on our phones works great. We normally get speeds in the 30-50mb range. Our hotspot feature turns on on the phones and the tablets "connect", but no data is carried through. We can hotspot successfully once we cross back into San Diego and connect back to Tmobile's network. Has something changed recently on T-Mobile's end that hotspot is no longer allowed while roaming in Mexico/Canada? We both use Nokia 7.2 phones running Android 11 and our daughters use Samsung Tab A tablets also running Android 11. Attached is a screenshot of my TM useage.
