While using the TMO-G4AR gateway for home Internet, I created an additional network isolated to 2.4 gHz only for a specific signal repeater. This configuration worked fine for several days, however, now I am experiencing an issue where, although the primary network has Internet service, the secondary network does not. The secondary network is displayed in the T-Life app but it has no Internet service. Suggestions?46Visto0likes0ComentariosWent from 3 bars to 1 after upgrade
I upgraded to the Iphone 12 almost two years ago. Since then I had 3 bars in my house across all devices. Now as of September 2022 after "upgrades" to towers I now have 0 bars in my house across all devices. Turn phones off an on again, updating software does not work. I look at the online coverage map it says I should have 4G. I contacted customer support they said their was a service lock on my phones and transferred me to technical assistance. The person I talked to says they show noservice in my area. This is unconscionable. How can my family go from 3 bars to none after T-mobile network upgrades to towers as of September? How can T-mobile show bright pink coverage for my address and yet no service according to your tech support? Is T-mobile forcing phone upgrades if they want signal. What has happened and what am I paying for?!!258Visto1like5ComentariosYikes! Need Help From a Tech Guru!!! :);)
Trying to get my TMobile Arcadyan21 Gateway to simultaneously broadcast both 5G and 2.5G (no its not working by default/automatically). My router shows 3 choices: Automatic, 5G, or 2.5G …No other settings. PC life is wonderful at 5G speeds but my 2023Sony TV wont connect (at all). When I set router to "automatic" my pc only connects at 2.5G (SLOWWWWWW). but the TV is happy. Everything connects at 2.5ghz when router is in "automatic" mode but speed is only 50mbs. There are no other choices???? When I set the router to 5G TV wont work but phones, tablets, pc's all scream…. BTW my network is "Hidden". What to do????Solved139Visto0likes2ComentariosSamsung Galaxy Note 20 5g Ultra Stuck in airplane mode
It appears my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is stuck in airplane mode. I cannot get a network connection and only receive wi-fi calls. I noticed the phone doesn't match the oneT-Mobile has on my account. Could this be the reason why I can't get a network connection?70Visto0likes4ComentariosS22 Ultra Network Issues Since October Update
Since the October update , areas that Im in all day that that typically had great UC5G, now drop to 0 bars, cant take or make calls, text, or use data. ive worked with tech support both in person and here by chat. Ive changed to a ESIM, reset my network connections numerous times, wiped cache partitions, Ive been starting to see more and more people using the S22 and possibly other galaxy phones posting that since late October their mobile connections have degraded tremendously.I'll start briefly with some some 5g as i get handed off to a tower then within a minute it will drop to LTE, then a few bars of possibly 2g with no connection, to 0 bars. Ill post some screen shots of my phones rf levels. Tmobile even sent people out to these areas I had in question and said the signals fine, again leading me to conclude its in the software of the last update in October714Visto4likes8ComentariosAre you guys going to acknowledge recent service & network issues???
I created a Tmobile account just for this. For the past 2 days, about to go on 3 days my Iphone has been jumping between 5g & SOS. Using wifi doesn't help because thats out. A day without service? Fine, things happen. But 2 days with no service & no word about it from your carrier is a red flag. At least assure your customers who are still being charged when they dont have service that you are aware of the problem & are working on it. I guess i should start looking at finding a new network carrier. Smh.302Visto6likes6ComentariosNetwork blocking UDP?
I use mosh (https://mosh.org/) to connect to some servers and have for years, which has normally worked fine, butfor the last couple of weeks it has not worked over the tmobile network at all, the UDP packets never reach their destination. I can SSH into the servers fine and run commands over SSH, but when trying to switch to mosh, which uses UDP, all UDP packets to the host are dropped and never received, while if I switch to a wireless network then they are received at the destination fine, and have tested over multiple different ISPs to different destination servers. Support are useless, as expected when it comes to asking indepth questions about networking protocols.6.5KViews6likes16ComentariosSecondary WiFi network not seen by devices
T-mobile device: NOK 5G21 GATEWAY GRY CP0 It has the standard 5/2.4 default network, but this network does not work with our roomba. So I created a 2.4 network for it to connect to;however, this new network is not visible on any device we have. I have played with the settings, changing it to 5/2.4, 5 neither worked. I changed other things and nothing has gotten it to be visible. I have restarted the gateway many times and reset our devices, but nothing has worked.53Visto0likes0Comentarios
