So I am currently on a phone plan with my ex and looking to take myself off and onto a new plan. Store associates already told me they have no way of transferring numbers and phones between accounts which is crazy and really should be a thing but whatever. Apparently the only way and quickest way is to port the number out to another company and then port it back in. Does anyone know what companies this works best with and will work nicely with T-Mobiles system? I don't want to accidentally go with a company that is going to make the process difficult and take weeks or months.Solved46KViews0likes5ComentariosBlocked numbers and THEIR records
This might sound silly, however, my best friend's wife hates me. We have been best friends since Kindergarten, but I don't want him to call or text if it shows on the phone records. But if I call and *67 my number, will it still show up on they're phone records? Can you block your number when texting?22KViews0likes6ComentariosUnknown 404 numbers showing up on my usage log
For about 2 months now, our text message usage log shows there has been hundreds of incoming text messages from two "Atlanta, GA" numbers: 404-455-0118 and 404-455-0112. We have never actually recieved anything from these numbers (nothing in our phones). It just shows up on the usage history. I contacted the # and they are out of service, but it shows on our log that we're receiving well over a dozen texts from them EVERY day. We don't know anyone from GA and that's on the other side of the country from us. I blocked these # from our family accounts, but they're STILL showing up on the usage log regularly. They appear randomly, at all times of the day and night, etc. No phone calls or outgoing messages, though.15KViews6likes29Comentariosphone number deactived, can i get it back?
Hey team, So I had a phone number for my whole life. I moved overseas and changed to a prepay plan of 5$ a month to keep it active. I changed cards and ended up not paying the account for a few months. Now its deactivated and the phone number appears not able to be reactivated. I went into multiple stores and sat on the phone with different people, nobody seemed to have a clue what to do. Anyone know how I can get my lifelong number back? ¡Gracias!7.3KViews1like3ComentariosAccount, T-Mobile app and Live Chat issues
1. In my "My T-Mobile" profile information tab it says " You do not have any numbers linked to your profile. Click edit to link a T-mobile® number to your profile." It shows my phone number as a primary number, but when I try to link my phone number it doesn't take the code it sends me. Keeps saying the code is invalid. 2. The T-Mobile app doesn't work for me, hasn't in months. It keeps saying "Sorry we're not ready for you yet. We're working on improving your app experience". 3. Live chat is not working for me. I'm logged into my account. I click "contact us" and live chat is not an option. I have to click "support" and scroll down to "contact us". When I click on that I have an option to "Message us". When I click on that, it keeps bringing me to my account home page.Solved3.5KViews0likes10ComentariosMoving phone numbers between lines, on same account.
Hello. I upgraded 2 phones recently, and had to add 2 additional lines to my account. No big deal, I understand the game. However, when I activated the 2 lines, T-Mobile decided to give 2 random phone numbers to the new lines, instead of adding the 2 phones I just purchased. They added the 2 new phones to my existing lines, of which have run their 2 year course (mandatory 2 years for each additional line). When I called to remove the 2 old lines, I was told I could not remove the 2 old lines since they were being used by my new phones, and cannot remove the 2 new lines either since they need to be active for 2 years. *Hope yall are still with me* I asked if they could move the phone numbers to the 2 new lines (which should have happened to begin with), so I could close the 2 old ones, and they would not do that. So now I am stuck paying for 2 extra lines that I do not need. Anyone been in this situation and have some good advice. So far the only solution I have will risk loosing my current phone numbers, of which I am strongly trying to avoid. Thank you all.1.5KViews0likes1Comentario
