Iwas with Sprint on afamily plan before the merger & i got well ahead of the game with the sim swap. I have a iPhone 12 Pro & i switched mySprint sim over almost a year ago if not longer due to service issues with sprint sim card. I even recently got another t-mobile sim when they offered it for the rest of our lines but we still can't long into the t-mobile app or website. i keep getting an error or page never loads. The sprint web site seems like someone made it on github recently it's just horrible no matter if i use apc or iphone youcan hardly navigate the preferences & permissions page. Whyis it that there is constant error during sign in after using verification code page will get 404 error so will have to go back to login page re input same code and page work. Seems to be asecurity problem,in my mind that should not happen almost every login. I'mjust wondering if anyone else hasexperienced this or if there is any info when we can all use the main t-mobile site. My girl just upgraded to the iPhone 13 through& she still we can't use there site & the apps we can use are have use able at best. Sorry for the rant just looking for insight it was a pain even being able to make a account to use this community but still can't use email for website and i even have a T-money bank account with any-mobile i'd but no cant use thet-mobile site/app,Just a hacked up a$$ Sprint sitelol.952Visto0likes2ComentariosPostpaid iPhone 12 - converting physical sim to eSim
I've been a postpaid customer for over 10 years. I'm currently using my iPhone 12 with a physical sim card. Whenever I travel internationally, I remove my t-mobile sim, and insert the local sim in the country I'm traveling for local use until I return back to US. I understand that iPhone 12 can support both physical and eSim. My question is: How do I move my current physical sim from T-Mobile to eSim so I can keep the sim slot free for using when I travel internationally? The menu 'Settings→Cellular' doesn't show the transfer to eSim option. GraciasSolved219Visto0likes1ComentarioStrong Signal on 5G/4G - Slow or No Data Speed
Hi everyone, I'm experiencing issues having full 5G bar strength, but really slow or non-existent data speeds. When switching to 4G, this also happens. I've noticed it most when in rural areas. (I'm using a Google Pixel 7 Pro, latest OS updates, and latest app updates.) Any advice on how to resolve this issue? Thank you, everyone!135Visto0likes0ComentariosSwitchign from prepaid to postpaid
Hey there, yesterday I switched my prepaid T-mobile service to a postpaid T-mobile service (Go5GPlus). They gave me a temporary number during the process but it has been almost 24 hours and my phone number still didn't revert to the original one. Since my bank account, credit cards, many online services etc. are tied yo my old phone number I really feel stranded already. Does anyone know how long does it take to revert to my original number and is there a way to speed up this process?99Visto0likes5ComentariosMove to postpaid and invoice increased at the second month
I recently needed a third line, so decided to move to postpaid, $130 for the 3 lines. I also was offered the Netflix on US promotion, which should add $11 or so to the account. Big was my surprise when this month the account went up almost $25. And of course, calling to the Help line is a test to your patience, as nobody ever answers (unless you have 15 minutes to spare waiting on hold). Anybody having the same issue? I know the amount is not that bad (14 extra dolars a month won't bankrupt anybody), but is the fact of offering a price and then adding ludicrous fees on top the one that really pisses me off.39Visto0likes0ComentariosHow long is it OK to have phone service without dataplan?
I have post paid 3 line Go5G Plus plan with T-mobile paying $170 per month. Since May 25th one of the lines stopped connecting to internet and after reporting this issue with T-mobile there is no resolution for more than 3 days. I have wasted more than 10 hours talking to customer support and their technical support with no resolution. Internet access is very critical in today's world and service provider should be accountable for disruption like this when there is no natural disaster.37Visto0likes0Comentarios
